Our client is a local accounting firm that provides personalized accounting, auditing, tax and management consulting services to a diversified client base. The firm meets the special needs of emerging companies that comprise the middle market of American businesses.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for all stages of audit, review and other engagements—planning, fieldwork, and timely completion
• Applies technical skills to prepare financial statements
• Prepare individual and business tax returns in timely and efficient manner
• Prepare completed and organized tax file including supporting documentation for tax returns
• Conducts proper internal communications to ensure that client and firm management are informed of project process and related issues
• Develop cooperative relationships with other team members
• Maintain confidentiality at all times

• BA/BS degree in business/accounting
• CPA license preferred, but not required
• 3-6 years of experience in public accounting
• Strong organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Accurate and detail oriented work ethic
