Tammy T. Sinclair
Tammy T. Sinclair is Director of Human Resources for Stonefield
Josephson. Her background includes experience in consulting and
both domestic and international HR. Tammy works with the firm's
President, Principals and Board to identify organizational and employee
needs from a strategic HR perspective. Tammy's responsibilities
include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures,
regulatory compliance, strategic HR planning aligned with the firm's
long term goals and direction, employee retention, executive leadership
training and succession planning, employee and labor/management
relations, compensation and benefits, employee training and development,
and overall policy making responsibility for recruiting and hiring
for the firm's Northern and Southern California offices.
Prior to joining Stonefield Josephson, Tammy worked for Arthur
Andersen, LLP and for Ernst & Young.
