Noal McDonald is Stonefield Josephson's Director of Human Resources. She is responsible for labor law compliance, compensation and benefits, campus recruiting, employee development and retention and all aspects of employee relations for the firm's six offices.

Noal is actively involved in the development of the Stonefield Josephson Corporate University (SJCU), which will provide a broad range of educational and professional development opportunities to everyone at the firm. In addition, Noal will help the firm integrate core competencies with the performance evaluation process and the learning ladders of SJCU for staff at every level.

Working at both the day-to-day and strategic levels of human resources, Noal is responsible for creating a solid foundation for the human resources function to support the future growth of the firm.

Noal has been a part of the CPA industry for over 19 years. She has been a marketing director, a firm administrator, and has had her own consulting practice, where she provided human resources, marketing and firm operations consulting to CPA firms and other businesses.
