Jim Katherman, CPA, shareholder and tax and business advisor, provides tax planning, tax consulting and tax return preparation services. Jim has extensive experience in the tax aspects of structuring business acquisitions and sales, and in the U.S. tax reporting for international business and investment. His client base includes corporations, LLCs/partnerships, trusts, and tax-exempt organizations in diverse industries, including manufacturing/distribution, transportation, real estate, healthcare and technology.
