Jeffrey M. Garrison has been a shareholder and business advisor of Stonefield Josephson, an award-winning certified public accounting firm, for over 20 years, and its president for the past five. During Jeff’s tenure as president, Stonefield Josephson has achieved national recognition as an innovative leader in the field of accounting and been honored as one of “America’s Top 25 Auditors” of 2005, 2006 and 2007. Under Jeff’s leadership, the firm has experienced an 88 percent employee growth rate and revenues have more than doubled, with offices in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, East Bay, Silicon Valley and Hong Kong. Jeff is especially noted for his strategic work with the management teams of high-growth firms. He works extensively with publicly held companies, internationally and throughout the United States. His work in the private sector includes business consulting, mergers and acquisitions, and succession planning in a range of industries. Jeff’s speaking engagements focus on the topics of leadership, firm management and marketing. Since its inception in 1975, Stonefield Josephson has demonstrated a history of philanthropic support for health care—in particular for specialty hospitals such as City of Hope. Jeff is the co-chair of the National Jewish Medical and Research Center fundraising event for 2007. In addition, Jeff serves on the YMCA’s board of directors in Torrance, California.
