Jay H. Chung, CPA, is Principal in Charge of Stonefield Josephson's Transaction Advisory Services. Jay has nearly 20 years of professional experience serving clients in a wide range of industries. He possesses considerable expertise working with private and publicly-held companies in the consumer and industrial products and services sectors, in addition to retail and business services. Prior to joining Stonefield Josephson, Jay was most recently a partner in a regional Orange County based accounting firm. Jay began his public accounting career with Coopers and Lybrand LLP, later PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, in Assurance and Financial Advisory services.
