David Rice, CPA, is the President/CEO of Stonefield Josephson and has been with the firm since 1997.  In his role as President/CEO, he is responsible for leading the strategic growth of the firm’s seven domestic and international offices.

During his nine-year tenure as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, David worked closely with Stonefield Josephson’s former president, Jeff Garrison, to create and implement a company-wide vision that contributed to doubling the firm’s revenue and resulted in an 88 percent employee growth rate. As Managing Partner, David continues to collaborate with Stonefield Josephson’s Principals to advance the firm’s innovative programs and reinforce company values.

Under David’s leadership, Stonefield Josephson launched SJ University, demonstrating the firm’s passion and commitment to human capital development and lifelong learning. By making education a top priority, Stonefield Josephson ensures that the firm continues to evolve with the industry and to deliver the quality performance clients expect.

Additionally, as a specialist in the area of information management, David designs proprietary software tools utilized by the firm.
