Alan Griffith, CPA, is Director of the Stonefield Josephson Tax Group. He brings more than 20 years of experience providing tax advisory services to a wide range of domestic and international clients. His industry concentrations include technology firms, manufacturing and distribution companies, service providers, professional service organizations, restaurants and real estate developers.

Mr. Griffith’s knowledge of tax consulting, compliance, and controversy strategies is extensive and well-recognized within the profession. Clients rely on his experience in individual, general corporate, S-corporation and partnership tax planning, transaction structuring and mergers and acquisitions, multi-state and international tax consulting, tax accounting methods and periods, and executive compensation.
