SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (May 27, 2010)—The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of CPAs honored Nanette Lee Miller, Stonefield Josephson Chairman of the Board, Shareholder and Principal, as a Woman to Watch in the Experienced Leader category during its annual Women’s Leadership Forum at the Hilton San Francisco.

The California Society of CPAs, in partnership with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Women’s Initiatives Executive Committee, and Robert Half International, present this prestigious award to seven CPAs who have made significant contributions to the accounting profession and whose stories may help pave the way for future female leaders to succeed.   “These seven women provide excellent examples of leadership, especially for females entering the accounting profession,” said Loretta Doon, CPA, and CalCPA CEO.

Nanette was one of three women to receive this year’s award in the Experienced Leader category. She, along with the other winners, will be featured in various publications and asked to participate in local events as panel members to discuss the strategies for achieving success in the accounting profession.
