Stonefield Josephson plans to convert its health care practice into a dedicated Health Care Group. We are looking for an executive (management or CPA) to head up, staff, and lead such a group in our California-based accounting firm. The executive will be responsible for working with our firm's management team to create a strategic plan for the group and take full advantage of market opportunities to serve hospitals, senior living facilities, group practices, etc. The leader can be an executive of a consulting firm or lead a health care group within an accounting firm environment. We have four California offices and weather that supports twelve-month golf. We provide management support, high-quality marketing, advanced technology support and a terrific opportunity for the leader who can help us start up and manage the Stonefield Josephson Health Care Group. The new group is part of an ambitious, firm-wide Platform for Growth.
