Primary Responsibilities:

• Understand audit and accounting concepts. Perform audit procedures, including review of client financial statements. Plan and direct daily fieldwork of staff
• Apply technical skills and prepare and draft client financial statements for management review
• Manage client responsibilities and proactively and effectively communicate progress with client and engagement management
• Provide engagement management with preliminary research on technical issues
• Supervise staff and provide on-the-job training
• Develop cooperative relationships with other team members, effectively delegate tasks, and provide staff with guidance and training
• Conduct timely performance evaluations of staff and provide performance feedback and training

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, plus 3 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm
• CPA license or sufficient course work to achieve CPA certification
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) are required, as well as excellent supervisory and project management skills
