Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of an audit for public and private clients; provide guidance and expertise
• Research complex and specialized accounting and auditing issues
• Originate new ideas and business solutions that result in exceptional service to existing clients
• Establish the expectations of the engagement and monitor client accounts including billing, fee analysis, and opportunities for new service development; demonstrate a deep understanding of the client’s industry
• Assist with the career development of team members, both as a mentor and as a trainer during in-house, continuing professional education presentations
• Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback and training

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, plus 8 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm
• CPA certification
• SEC experience strongly preferred, but not required
• Applied working knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS and PCAOB Auditing Standards
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) are required, as well as excellent supervisory and project management skills
